Need Advice: Which Migraine Painkiller Actually Works?

Hi everyone, I’m new here and looking for some real advice. I’ve been getting migraines 2–3 times a month and need help finding the best pain killer for migraine relief. I've tried Saridon and Ibuprofen 400mg — they help a bit, but not enough. I've heard good things about Sumatriptan 50mg, but I’m concerned about side effects. Is Brufen 200 Mg strong enough for migraines or just tension headaches? If you’ve found something that works quickly and doesn’t leave you wiped out, please share!
